Dave the Octopus

We started learning about the letter "Oo" yesterday.  We helped Dave add his tentacles today.  The kiddos had to cut out the tentacles, count the dots on the tentacles, and be able to match the dots with the correct number on Dave's body.  They did really well with this activity.  We decided on blue construction paper to imply the octopus is swimming in the ocean.  They are now on display in our room.  Check them out!
